How Parents! That's the way we say hey at Cloverleaf Camp! Day 2 the campers experienced their first cabin clean up! All of Colquitt County's cabins received GREEN STARS, which is a perfect score!!!!! After starting the day off with cleanliness, the campers went to breakfast and then went to their first class or rotation (Canoeing, Nature Hike, Sailing, etc..). The campers had free time and organized recreation or either hung out at the Canteen, then went to lunch. They chose between a movie, learning about raptors, and visiting the museum. The campers proceeded to their next rotation followed by free time and another organized rec with S&R's (Sports & Recreation Leaders). Around 5pm their Milk Mom's and Dad's came to visit and share in fun activities. After dinner, we went to the auditorium to hear from John Winterhawk (a REAL indian). The campers met with the Tribal Micos at the Tribal Ring, where they practiced chants and cheers and learned more ways to earn the Tribal Shield. They parcipated in Tuesday Night Trivia to earn points for our tribe!
The schedule stays the same for the rest of the week, except special ceremonies and night events.
