Meet the 4-H Staff
Zona Medley, 4-H Agent
Zona has been working with 4-H for 20 years, now. Her expertise has driven Colquitt County to excel into having a great 4-H program. She has received many awards throughout her years within Extension and loves working with her students and their eagerness to learn so many activities. Zona recently was awarded with the pristine honor of the district, William H. Booth Award, where she was selected by her peers and recently won the award for the state of Georgia!Caroline Horne, 4-H Program Assistant
Caroline has been working with the 4-H Program for almost 3 years. Her degree is in Communications from Valdosta State University and she enjoys working with the students, as well as creating and updating social media outlets and websites. Caroline recently was awarded for 2 of her Science-based curriculums with the Outstanding Issue-based Program award for the Southwest District for 2013.Kimberly Dove, 4-H Program Assistant
Kimberly has been working with the 4-H Program for almost 3 years, as well. Her degree is in Family and Consumer Science from The University of Georgia. She is very crafty and loves helping the students with their projects and posters! Kimberly received the State Program Assistant of the Year Award in 2012.Below are a few pictures posted of the 4-H staff at various events we offer and attend!
Above: Zona usually takes a group of 4-H'ers to State Congress every year! We are so proud of how hard our county 4-H'ers work to win 1st at District Project Achievement and move on to State!

Above: Kimberly and Caroline posing during Conquering Cloverleaf Camp Day. This fun filled day helps our 4-H Camper's experience a day at camp, by showing them how we keep the cabins clean and making cute crafts to stick on their luggage!
